BROKEN BRITISH POLITICS – TOO LITTLE RHETORIC –TOO LATE
Cameron mentioned the subject three years ago and now the issue has risen again in the form of three Peers and an MP being accused of agreeing to do parliamentary work for payment. Critics say the coalition is taking too long to bring in a statutory register of lobbyists despite a pledge to do so. “Anti-sleaze reforms will go ahead”, the deputy PM has said . What happened to Cameron’s promise three years ago .Banded about is also a new Law allowing an MP to be sacked if 10% of the constituency vote for a bye election because of his misconduct .MP’S have said they will rigorously vote against such a bill as it could be used against them by the Government for their own purposes .
Obviously frightened we the Public would have a Democratic Right to bring to heel their corruption.
